You are solely responsible for the content of the documents you scan and save. ScanOnline.io does not monitor or review your documents. You agree not to use the service for any illegal purposes or to store infringing material.

3. Google Drive Integration

When you use the "Save to Cloud" feature, you grant ScanOnline.io permission to create a folder and save files to your Google Drive account. You retain full ownership of your data. You can revoke our access at any time through your Google account settings.

4. Privacy and Data

Our use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. We prioritize local processing and do not store your documents on our own servers.

5. Limitation of Liability

ScanOnline.io is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any data loss, service interruptions, or damages arising from your use of the service.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service if you violate these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
